PURPOSE: A refrigerator and food warming cabinet for a vehicle is provided to simplify a structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A drinking water inlet(14) and a drinking water outlet(16) are formed on an upper end and a lower end of a case(28), respectively. A coolant pipe(26) with a coolant inlet(10) and a coolant outlet(18) formed thereon and a refrigerant pipe(24) with a refrigerant inlet(12) and a refrigerant outlet(22) formed thereon are installed to penetrate one side of the case, pass an inside of a refrigerator and food warming case zigzag in semicircular shape, and penetrate the other side of the case. The coolant pipe and the refrigerant pipe are made of stainless steel. Hot coolant is introduced into the coolant pipe through the coolant inlet to heat drinking water in the refrigerator and food warming cabinet in winter. Cold refrigerant is introduced into the refrigerant pipe through the refrigerant inlet to cool down drinking water in the refrigerator and food warming cabinet in summer. Drinking water is supplied to the refrigerator and food warming cabinet through the drinking water inlet and discharged through the drinking water outlet.
