<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing new form nutraceutical chips, improving the preserving property and processing property of vegetables, fruits, seeds, algae, etc., not using oils and fats altogether and fitting to the health, nutrition and preference of consumers. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the nutraceutical chips is characterized by forming viscous liquid by using the vegetables, fruits, seeds and/or algae and a calcium coagulable edible polymeric material, e.g. spreading as thin, further coagulating the calcium coagulable edible polymeric material by using a calcium salt solution, forming a gel by using the formed thin film state formed material, or ≥1 kind vegetables, etc., calcium coagulable edible polymeric material and the calcium salt, forming the gel as a thin plate form and drying by heating and/or by vacuum-drying the obtained thin plate like formed material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
