PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compose a solvent cooler for controlling the temperature of a solvent and a drying cooler for collecting the vaporized solvent when drying, at a low cost, and to fully cool the solvent regardless of ambient temperature. SOLUTION: Liquefied coolant from the only refrigerator 18 is supplied to the solvent cooler 24 or the drying cooler 14 through coolant piping branched in two and provided with coolant valves VC1 and VC2. The heat exchanger for the solvent cooler 24 and the heat exchanger for the drying cooler 14 have substantially the same heat exchange volume to have substantially the same thermal load even when the coolant is supplied to either cooler. Accordingly, the coolant vaporized by proper heat shift thereto from the solvent or air prevents frost in the heat exchangers and forced load to a compressor in the refrigerator 18. An enough cooling capacity of the solvent cooler enables the full cooling of the solvent even if the solvent has a high temperature due to the influence of ambient temperature or the like.
