PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keep-warm pot which prevents boiling over and the lack of heating without providing an additional temperature detecting means. SOLUTION: A heating coil 16 stops heating a pot 11 when water reaches a full boil. When a temperature difference between a temperature detected by a temperature sensor 21 on this occasion and a temperature detected after a specified time is larger than a predetermined value, subsequent heating for the pot 11 is increased. Adversely, when the temperature difference is smaller than a predetermined value Ta, Tb, subsequent heating for the pot 11 is stopped or decreased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
