PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new chewing gum effective for promoting the calcification of the surface of the tooth by hydroxyapatite and fluorine and exhibiting dental care effect to fortify the dentin. SOLUTION: The chewing gum contains hydroxyapatite and a fluorine- containing natural extract usable as a food additive. Both components are not present in the same layer or in the same gum.
