PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulling rope for reducing lord and pain of a dog or a cat connected to the top of the pulling rope or a hand holding the pulling rope, when the dog or the cat suddenly begins to move in controlling the dog or the cat. SOLUTION: The pulling rope is constituted by installing a spring 5 in a circular part 4 of the pulling rope 1. The circular part 4 of the pulling rope 1 is freely deformed and a string or a belt-like main body 2 of the pulling rope is made to freely move. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
