CIRCUIT FOR ATTACHING/DETACHING EXTERNAL MEMORY OF COMPACT FLASH TYPED CARD FOR PDA

摘要

PURPOSE: A circuit for attaching/detaching an external memory of a Compact Flash typed card for a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) is provided to enable a PDA user to use a GPS(Global Positioning System) function and a digital camera function in a main body of the PDA. CONSTITUTION: A host connector(210) inputs/outputs the data by connecting the PDA(100) with a communication line of the Compact Flash typed card(200). A hardware and program module(200) stores various kinds of programs for the extended use of the PDA(100) connected through the host connector(210). An interface module(230) interfaces the data input/output of the hardware and program module(220) and the PDA(100) according to a control command of the PDA(100). An extended connector(240) is installed to a position of the Compact Flash typed card(200) in order to attach or detach an external extended memory(300).
