PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing electrolyzed water which stabilizes the concentration of an electrolyte solution in an inner cylinder and stably supplies acidic water or alkaline water. SOLUTION: A controller 46 outputs an open signal to a second electromagnetic valve 45 each time an operation switch 51 becomes on, the second electromagnetic valve 45 opens only for a prescribed time, water is supplied into the inner cylinder 14, the movement of water is performed from the bottom part to a storage part D, the electrolyte is stirred by water inflow and the electrolyte solution stagnated on the upper side in the inner cylinder 14 is stirred and is made uniform. Therefore, the concentration of the electrolyte solution is stabilized, a variation of the concentration of the electrolyte solution each time the acidic solution is supplied is avoided, the concentration thereof is made uniform and, as a result, the acidic water is stably supplied.
