PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet pulverization method capable of outstandingly reducing an article to be pulverized having a large particle diameter left in a dispersion liquid; and a wet pulverization device used therefor. SOLUTION: The wet pulverization device is provided with a pulverizer 3 for stirring and flowing out a flow-in dispersion liquid; and a plurality of liquid storage tanks having an entrance for flowing-in the dispersion liquid and an exit for flowing out it. The article to be pulverized is pulverized by repeating the first step for feeding to the pulverizer 3 the dispersion liquid flowing out from an exit from one liquid storage tank 7 and flowing the dispersion liquid flowing out from the exit of the pulverizer 3 into the entrance of the other liquid storage tank 8; and the second step for feeding the dispersion liquid flowing out of the exit of the other liquid storage tank 8 into the pulverizer 3 and flowing the dispersion liquid flowing out from the exit of the pulverizer 3 into the entrance of one liquid storage tank except for the other liquid storage tank 7 of a plurality of liquid storage tanks using the device.
