KNEADING APPARATUS AND KNEADING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the kneading property of an object to be kneaded, make it easy to insert the object to be kneaded and take out a kneaded product, and lower the probability of germ adhesion. SOLUTION: The kneading apparatus comprises the first cylinder 2 having the first chamber 2a whose capacity is changeable by the first piston 3 and the first pore 2b communicating with the first chamber 2a at the tip end part 22d; the second cylinder 4 having the second chamber 4a whose capacity is changeable by the second piston 5 and the second pore 4b communicating with the second chamber 4a at the tip end part 42d; and a cylinder supporting means which joins the tip end parts 22d and 42d in a separable manner while arranging both cylinders on an axial line so as to allow the first chamber 2a to communicate with the second chamber 4a through the first pore 2b and the second fine hole 4b and which also detachably holds a base end part 3c of the first piston 3 and a base end part 5c of the second piston 5.
