PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and rapidly make an actual temperature and an actual flow rate of a mixed fluid which is the mixture of two fluids having different temperatures to a desired temperature and a desired flow rate. SOLUTION: Water flowing in the first flow path 1 (low-temperature fluid) and hot water flowing in the second flow path 2 (high-temperature fluid) are mixed at a converging part G and flows in the third flow path 3 as a mixed fluid. When an actual water temperature detected by a temperature sensor 11 is T1 and an actual hot water temperature detected by a temperature sensor 21 is T2, a desired temperature TT3 set by a switch 41, a target flow rate of water (theoretical flow rate) TL1 which requires the desired flow rate TL3 set by a switch 42, and a target flow rate of hot water (theoretical flow rate) TL2 are formed by the next formulae. TL1=TL3×(TT3-T2)/(T1-T2), TL2= TL3-TL1. Flow rate adjusting measures 2 and 22 installed at each flow path 1 and 2 are controlled by feed back to make the target flow rate to the TL1 and TL2 respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
