PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber semipermeable membrane with high mechanical strengths and high water permeability. SOLUTION: This is a hollow filter semipermeable membrane having a semipermeable layer on the outer surface of a hollow fiber braid, having a composite layer in which a part of the semipermeable layer enters into the braid between the braid and the semipermeable layer, and having hollow holes the average pore diameter of the semipermeable layer of which is in the range of 0.01-5μm and not more than 10μm.
