Object­ To improve conform to ride by preventing the engine operation from being interfered in the meantime or reduced in engine speed causing unstable operation, even if, due to any noise generated during vehicle running, a computer mounted is reset or a command is generated to determine identification codes. Structure­ A controller is so constituted that once an ignition permitting signal is output, it is held to enable the continuing operation of the engine until the main switch is turned off.
