METAL SPRAY COATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A metal spray coating system is provided to form a film on the surface of a matrix by finely spraying a plural line or band shaped metal wire rods using compressed air in the state that the metal wire rods are melted by arc heat. CONSTITUTION: In a metal spray coating system comprising a wire rod supplier(50) for supplying and guiding a plural metal wire rods(10,10') through wire rod guiding means(30) in the state that the plural metal wire rods(10,10') are wound on a winding means(20) inside the wire rod supplier(50); a control supplier(70) for supplying compressed air and power supply; and a spray coating gun(90) to which the metal wire rods(10,10') supplied from the wire rod supplier(50) are supplied, and which melts and sprays the metal wire rods(10,10') by supply of the compressed air and power supply of the control supplier(70), the metal spray coating system is characterized in that the wire rod supplier(50) comprises a back carrier(100) installed on one side surface of main body(51) so that worker carries the wire rod supplier(50) on the back, a connection frame(105) extended to the upper part of the back carrier(100), and a sheave(110) installed in the lower part of the connection frame(105) so that a wire(112) for holding the spray coating gun(90) is elastically appeared and disappeared, wherein the lower part of the main body(51) is supported by rotation means(54) formed on the upper part of support(55) having moving casters(56) so that the main body(51) is rotationally driven according to a supply direction of the metal wire rods(10,10').
