PURPOSE: A system and a method for a customized service using the electronic specification of a credit card are provided to understand the user's propensity by on-line, and to offer the customized service by using the correct data through the automation of a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) method. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(100) is connected to the Internet network and is equipped with a web browser. A web server(200) provides a web service to the user terminal(100). A card company server(400) includes a member information database(402), a certification executer(404), a card use specification database(406), a service member shop information database(408), a member shop advertisement database(410), a member shop service provider(412), a card use characteristic analyzer(414), a card use characteristic storing part(416), a service specification generator(418), a service specification delivery processor(420), a service record storing part(422), a service operator(424), and a communication part(426). A member shop terminal(500) registers and changes the service advertisement by connecting to the card company server(400).
