PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior bone fixing plate with easy usage minimizing damage of soft tissue and osseous tissue in attachment. SOLUTION: A bone plate device includes a bone plate having a first face, a second bone contact face in a side opposite to the first face, a groove provided on the first face and longitudinally extending from one end of the bone plate to another end and a plurality of openings each having a predetermined shape and size and piercing the groove, a plurality of screws that can be inserted into a bone and has a lower side screw portion in one end and an opened screw head having a complementary shape and size that can sufficiently pass through one of the openings in another end, and a fixing mechanism for fixing the bone plate to the plurality of screws.
