PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply configured, compact and transportable diffuser capable of dropping drug solution easily and swiftly. SOLUTION: The aromatic device 1 comprises a case 5 containing an electric fan 3 and a slide member 6 supported slidably on the case 5 between a closed position A and an open position B for opening or closing the opening 5a of the case 5. The slide member 6 holds a pulp member 4 so that part of the pulp member is protruded toward the outside. A pulp member receiving chamber 18 is formed for receiving part of the pulp member 4 held by the slide member 6 when the slide member 6 is in the closed position A. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
