PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid placing a stopcock and a drain trap in the space formed under a washbasin. SOLUTION: When a main side pipe 28 extending to the outside of a washing room G and a water-related appliance 25 having a washstand 21 are jointed with a piping member 31, a cabinet 34 having a piping space 35 facing a space D under a washbasin 22 is fixed on either outside of the left or right of the washstand 21. In the piping space 35, a stopcock 32 and/or a drain trap 33 constituting the piping member 31 are located. Because the stopcock 32 and/or the drain trap 33 are located in the piping space 35 of the cabinet 34, the space D under the washbasin 22 does not contain the stopcock 32 and/or the drain trap 33. Therefore, the collision of contained items to the stopcock 32 and the drain trap 33, which can cause the dislocation of pipes, can be avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
