PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shoulder, an arm, a back, or the like, from getting wet when holding an umbrella by a hand. SOLUTION: For folding the umbrella according to a length of an inside rod by mounting the inside rod in front of a center of the umbrella, a part of master bones and auxiliary master bones are attached rotatably to an upper wheel, remaining master bones are attached to be activated to the auxiliary master bones via stretching bones and jointing members, when the umbrella is opened, a line linking all dew tips becomes right-angled and almost horizontal to the inside rod which is standing perpendicularly.
