PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for repelling birds at a water treatment site, utilizing existing actuation members and/or flowing water energy without the need of a driving source in particular, even if the water treatment site is broad. SOLUTION: The device for repelling birds such as pigeons, crows or seagulls coming flying to the water treatment site by the motion of mobile members equipped with magnets is provided.
