PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom fungi-inoculating and sealing apparatus, in which inoculating operation and sealing operation are carried out by one operating table and the operation can be carried out by one person to remarkably improve workability, suitable for small-scale farmers. SOLUTION: A supporting frame 2 is provided on the operating table 1 and a mushroom fungi-inoculating machine 3 for scraping out a prescribed amount of mushroom fungi 20 from a mushroom fungi bottle 9 is supported by the supporting frame 2 and a turn table 5 for carrying a culturing bag 16 is installed on the operating table 1 under the inoculating machine 3 and a sealing machine 6 is arranged on the operating table 1 on the side of the turn table 5.
