PURPOSE: An apparatus for pulverizing waste synthetic resin containers is provided, which pulverize waste synthetic resin containers in accordance with their colors, thereby facilitating recycling of waste synthetic resin containers. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a case body(100); an outside door(110); an inside door; a sensing plate device(130); first and second sensors; a first driving device; a second driving device; a pulverizing device(180); and a collecting chamber. The case body(100) is open at its front side and has separating plates(102) to form spaces(104) and a stand(107) at the bottom. The first and second sensors sense introduction and type of the waste synthetic resin containers and send a signal to a control device(150). The second driving device transports the sensing plate device(130) in the right and left directions according to the signal from the control device(150).
