PURPOSE: To eliminate a need of tape operation for intra-bus announcement by providing each of bus stops and buses with a specific small-power radio machine and obtaining information on the name of next bus stop based on radio communication with the nearest bus stop to annouce it in the bus. CONSTITUTION: Each bus stop B is provided with a specific small-power radio machine 35, and a bus A is provided with a specific small-power radio machine 45. When route information from the bus A is transmitted, the nearest bus stop B receives it, and a CPU 31 judges whether this bus stop B corresponds to this route information or not, and if it corresponds to this route information, route discrimination information stored in a RAM 33 is transmitted. The bus A receives this information to read out bus stop guide information stored in a RAM 43 based on received route discrimination information and announces this information in the bus from a speaker 48. Bus stop discrimination information of route guide information read out at the last time is stored in the RAM 43, and information is announced in the bus only once with respect to one bus stop. |
