PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent card users from being reduced when a meal ticket issuing function is provided for a card issuing device. SOLUTION: When the selection operation of the issuing of a meal ticket is executed with the operation of a switch panel 27 in a state where the amount of more than a reference amount, which is required for issuing the meal ticket, is supplied to a paper money processor 31 or a coin processor 32, the selected meal ticket is printed and outputted from a printer 36. When cash return is designated with the operation of the switch panel 27, a difference between the supplied amount and the amount of the issued meal ticket is returned from the coin processor 31. When card return is designated, the card is sent out from a card sending-out device 33 to a magnetic card processor 34. Then, the amount higher than the difference between the supplied amount and the amount of the issued meal ticket by the prescribed amount is recorded in the card so as to discharge it. |
