<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inducing in vitro differentiation of an NKT precursor cell to an NKT cell to treat a disease causing abnormality in homeostasis and function of the NKT cell, and to provide an immunopotentiator or an antitumor agent containing the cell as an active ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The differentiation of the NKT cell is induced by culturing an interstitial cell in a myeloma cell in the presence of IL-3, IL-4, GM-CSF and ConAsup, and coculturing the product with the NKT precursor cell obtained by carrying out an operation for removing a Thy-1 positive cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
