PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for minimizing a generator and decreasing fuel consumption by guiding light, emitted on shipboard, near to the sea surface or into the sea with optical fiber so as to prevent light loss caused by dispersing in the air and to make almost all light effective. SOLUTION: The light emitted from a light source provided on the shipboard is guided to one end of the optical fiber and the light passed through the fiber emits light at the other end of the fiber and the light emitted thereby collects fishes.
