PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the constitutional technique of a dust collector effective for smoothly performing the dust collection treatment for a dust-containing gas and the recovery treatment of dust. SOLUTION: The dust collector 100 has an air shower device 200 and a dust recovery device 300 mutually connected by connection hoses 312 and 313. The air shower device 200 is equipped with an air shower nozzle 220 for removing dust deposited to the clothing or the like of a worker and a coarse dust separator 260 for separating the removed dust. The dust recovery device 300 is equipped with a second suction fan 310 for sucking the dust separated by the coarse dust separator 26 and a paper bag filter 320 for recovering the sucked dust. All of the air passing through the paper pack filter 320 is returned to the air shower device 200 through the connection hose 313. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
