PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which improves assembly property in the connection of a water reservoir tank of a washing tub and a pump and reduces costs as well. SOLUTION: A connecting pipe 19 for connecting a water reservoir tank 17 and a pump 18 of the washing tub is internally partitioned into a water channel 23 for washing and a water channel 24 for draining such that the pump 18 sucks washing water in the washing tub via the water channel 23 for washing when washing and sucks the washing water in the washing tub via the water channel 24 for draining in the case of draining. Thus, since the connecting pipe 19 singly operates both the functions of a connecting pipe for washing and a connecting pipe for draining, it is not necessary to independently connect the pipes and further, when connecting it, a packing, an adhesive agent, a fastening metal and the like are not independently required.
