PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelashes shaping device having a heater formed so as to expose at an eyelashes acting side of a shaping part, capable of shaping the eyelashes, and dispersing the eyelashes as well. SOLUTION: The eyelashes shaping device 10 is composed of a handle part 1 for holding, and the shaping part 2 shaping the eyelashes, mounted to one end of the handle part 1. The shaping part 2 comprises a base part 3, the heater 4 formed so as to expose at one side 3a of the base part 3, and comb pieces 5 formed to the side 3a of the base part 3 where the heater is exposed.
