PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a genetic test system capable of efficiently carrying out various kinds of gene analyses and a genetic testing method. SOLUTION: The genetic test system 100 is equipped with a nucleic acid extraction device 1 for extracting a nucleic acid from a specimen, a carrying apparatus 4 for moving a nucleic container 40 for storing the extracted nucleic acid and a molecular calculation apparatus 30 for carrying out data processing by using the nucleic acid. The molecular calculation apparatus 30 has a molecular calculation part 5 for carrying out a chemical reaction of molecules and an electronic computing part 9 for controlling the molecular calculation part, and an electronic computing part has an apparatus control part 17 for moving the nucleic acid container 40 between the nucleic acid extraction apparatus 1 and the molecular calculation part 30.
