PURPOSE: A method and a system for operating e-money using an e-money terminal for the shop having an e-money function are provided to offer an e-money reverse charge function from the e-money terminal for the shop to an e-money management company, and a transfer function from the e-money terminal for the shop to a mobile communication terminal of a user. CONSTITUTION: The user connects to an e-money management system by using the e-money terminal for the shop. The user inputs an account number and a reverse-charging request price by using an input device of the e-money terminal. An information controller of the e-money terminal reads the current price information of the e-money and a terminal ID number. The e-money terminal transmits the account number, the reverse-charging request price, the current price information, and the terminal ID number to the system of the e-money management system(A101). The e-money management system verifies the account number, the reverse-charging request price, the current price information, and the terminal ID number. The e-money management system subtracts the reverse-charging request price from the current price and transmits a completion notice to the e-money terminal(A102). |
