PURPOSE: An aluminum clad coating method and a device for aluminum tube are provided to simplify coating process, economically perform coating as maintaining uniformed coating thickness, increase drying speed after coating, and to beautify the external appearance of product after performing brazing welding. CONSTITUTION: The aluminum clad coating method comprises a step of injecting a liquid phase binder(30) prepared by mixing binder powder and corrosion resistant material powder with resin and diluent into the tank(12) after preparing a binder supply means(10) comprising tank(12) in which liquid phase binder is filled, and which is equipped with agitator(11), and a supply pipe(15) which is connected to one side of the tank(12) to supply the liquid phase binder to the tank(12), at the middle part of which control valve(13) is installed, and from an end of which a plurality of nozzles(14) are longitudinally arranged, and a binder pressing means(20) comprising screen(23) in which a plurality of wires(22) are longitudinally fixed to the inner part of rectangular frame(21), and squeezer(25) comprising straight line blade(24) so that the straight line blade(24) scrapes the upper surface of the wires(22) of the screen(23); a step of first coating the liquid phase binder(30) inside the tank(12) on the surface of the work(40) by transferring work(40) from the binder supply means(10) to the lower side of the nozzles(14) of the supply pipe(15); and a step of scraping the upper surface of the wires(22) of the screen(23) put on the work(40) using the squeezer(25) at the binder pressing means(20) so that the first coated binder is uniformly coated on the work(40) to a constant height.
