<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation observing device for efficiently carrying out an operation. <P>SOLUTION: The operation observing device has an observing means (a mirror body 12) for observing an operated part, an observing means supporting arm mechanism supporting the observing means in a desired position in three- dimensional space, setting at least the observing means so it can incline around an optional point on its observation optical axis and capable of moving the inclination center point on the observation optical axis of the observing means, a detecting means (a control part 102) for detecting an observation state or type of the observing means (the mirror body 12), and a control means (a brake control circuit 123) for changing an operating state of the observing means supporting arm mechanism in response to a detection result of the detecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
