PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit changeover operating valve for an endoscope in which operability in an endoscope operating part is improved by miniaturizing and lightening the conduit changeover operating valve for the endoscope provided with a plurality of seal means on a piston body. SOLUTION: In the conduit changeover operating valve for the endoscope in which a piston body 20 is equipped with a plurality of seal means 31 and 32 for respectively sealing a gap between a fluid supply port 15 and a fluid feed-out port 17 and a gap between both the openings 15 and 17 and the mouth of a cylinder body 12 when not communicating the openings 15 and 17. A seal member 30 is provided while being integrally formed with the plurality of seal means 31 and 32 and composed of an elastic material, and the seal member 30 is mounted on the piston body 20.
