PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cigarette case designed to surely position and hold cigarettes inside even if the number thereof is small to surely prevent such unfavorablenesses that the cigarettes deform, move or the tobacco in a wrapping paper sheet come off even in case of being subjected to shock during carriage, or the like. SOLUTION: The cigarette case 1 comprises two case pieces 3 and 4 axially supported openably via a hinge 2. A plurality of cigarettes are contained in parallel in the space defined when the two case pieces are closed. The bottom surface of at least one of the case pieces is projected with a plurality of guide projections 5 for positioning and holding the individual cigarettes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
