摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a hollow device having a microscopic diameter in the units of nm-μm easily and at low cost. SOLUTION: A device main body 12 is formed by stretching a metallic thread 3A into a predetermined shape inside a mold 1 and then filling the mold 1 with an epoxy resin and have it cured. After the epoxy resin is cured, the metallic thread 3A made of titanium alloy from the device main body 12, and a pipe-like hollow part 14 which functions as a passage is formed. The surface of the metallic thread 3A is covered by a material with a low coefficient of friction. The metallic thread 3A is formed of a material which elastically deforms by applying tension and shrinks to a size shorter than the internal diameter of the hollow part 14.
