PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw holding driver bit and a combination with a screw that can effectively prevent a come-out phenomenon and be manufactured in a simple constitution at low cost by improving a structure of a blade of the driver bit, always allows appropriate and speedy screw fastening work, and can extremely improve workability. SOLUTION: The driver bit has a plurality of blade parts 12 having a substantially vertical end edge 13 formed at the tip 12a. Any blade part 12 is cut in the bit shaft direction, a desired length of guide passage 16 is disposed in a continuous shaft 11 on a substantially extension of the cut part 15 of the blade part. An elastic piece 18 that elastically abuts on a bit engaging groove of a screw head and has a screw holding function by interaction with the blade part engaging with the bit engaging groove is inserted into the guide passage.
