PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a processing machine component, and a nozzle mechanism suitable for injecting abrasive grains to a female screw of a machine component with compressed gas. SOLUTION: The nozzle mechanism comprises a nozzle body 1 of which base part is connected to an abrasive grain supplying means and a compressed gas supplying means and can rotate about the axial line, a mounting member 3 that is removably mounted to the tip of the nozzle body 1 and has an opening 2 for injecting the abrasive grains on a side wall, and a reflection member 5 that is removably mounted in the mounting member 3 and has a slope surface 4 for reflecting the abrasive grains injected from the nozzle body 1 after collision to direct them to the opening 2.
