PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a ceramic part capable of suppressing a crack or breaking at the time of cutting. SOLUTION: First, one surface of a ceramic substrate 19 is fixed and a notch 18 is formed to the other surface of the ceramic substrate 19 toward one surface.
