PAPER HOLDER AND PAPER CUTTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder that can be used by one hand and helps easily grasp the edge of paper.

SOLUTION: The toilet paper holder is composed of a storage 13 storing toilet paper 38 and a lid 14 openably covering the storage 13. In the storage 13, the edge 39 of the paper drawn out of the toilet paper 38 stored in a storage section 15 forwardly extends between a pressing roller 25 mounted to the lid 14 and a guide roller 24 mounted to the storage 13 in a pressed state and taken out from between the front edge 41 of the lid 14 and the front 35 of a flap mechanism 17 attached to the storage 13. The front 35 is swingable but is urged to a forward position. A cutting mechanism 16 disintegrating paper when the paper comes into contact with it is removably mounted to the storage 13 below the guide roller 24.
