PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold foam molding die, which facilitates to produce an in-mold foam molded object being uniform in filling density, excellent in foaming and fusing properties of peripheral and protruding parts and the like with a minimal filling machines and allows to seek for a cost down; an in-mold foaming method and the in-mold foamed object. SOLUTION: The in-mold foam molding die 1 is provided with an inter mold cavity 6 between a flange part 2a of an inner mold 2 and a flange part 3a of another inner mold 3 in communication with a molding space 4 through a clearance 6a formed at a joint of a pair of inner molds 2 and 3. A utility pipe is connected to the inter mold cavity 6. Permeable pores 7 are formed, at an interval of 15 mm or more on the inner mold 2, to make a chamber 13 set up at the backside of the inner mold 2 communicate with the molding space 4. Further, the permeable pores 7 allowing a chamber 14 set up at the backside of the other inner mold 3 to communicate with the molding space 4 are formed in a hard-to-fill part 8 of the other inner mold 3 difficult to be filled with prefoamed beads 5.
