PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly supply pre-pregs produced in a previous process by skipping a process of dividing the pre-pregs in advance by numbers of sheets required, in a production of a copper-clad laminate composed of one or two pre-pregs of a same specification. SOLUTION: A first piled up pre-preg 31 is sucked with a first suction pad 6 and lifted along an arc line by a cylinder. A second pre-preg 33 is sucked with a second suction pad 8 and lifted upward by a cylinder. Keeping the posture, the first pre-preg 31 and the second pre-preg 33 are moved about 50 mm by horizontally moving the first suction pad 6 and the second suction pad 8 by means of a cylinder or a motor, while static-eliminated air from an air nozzle 29 is blown in between the second pre-preg and an underlying pre-preg. A chuck carrier 30 fetches the first pre-preg 1 and the second pre-preg by its chuck 16, moves horizontally to carry and supply the pre-pregs to a given position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
