PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a network structure comprising biopolymer materials on an insulator and a network structure comprising lipoprotein produced by the method of the production of the network structure of biopolymer materials. SOLUTION: The network structure comprising biopolymer materials characterized in forming and acquiring a network structure is produced by applying a solution including biopolymer materials on the surface of the insulator, removing a solvent from the applied solution and letting the biopolymer materials self-organize, and the network structure comprising lipoprotein is produced by this production method.
