PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the large floor area needed heretofore in transporting and storing a wire device for bobbin winding welding and the restriction heretofore needed for a passage for a transport carriage. SOLUTION: A cover 40 of a flat plate is attached to a rotary drawer for drawing out a wire for welding. Since the cover is attached to the rotary drawer, the large floor area is not needed and the transportation is made easy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
