PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for surely preventing birds from coming flying for years. SOLUTION: The system has the following scheme. A linear element 1 such as a metallic wire is installed at a spot to prevent birds from coming flying thereto and set in motion by a linear element driving unit 3. Alternatively, a detective section 14 for detecting the situation of birds' coming flying is included, and the unit 3 is actuated in response to the detection of the birds at the detection section.
