PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester with which the supporting strength of a narrow guide arranged at a driver seat side is raised, the narrow guide is prevented from shaking and the rear part of the narrow guide at the driver seat side is prevented from coming into contact with a machine body side in the rise and fall and the right and left movement of a pretreatment part. SOLUTION: In the combine harvester 1 in which the pretreatment part 2 for reaping stems and culms is connected to the front part of a traveling machine body equipped with the driver seat 7 at a right offset position so as to freely move the pretreatment part right and left and the right narrow guide 15 for controlling the lodging of the stems and culms is laid at the end part of the driver seat of the pretreatment part 2, the rear part of the right narrow guide 15 is slidably supported on a narrow guide supporting part 21 at the traveling machine body side.
