PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the overall car body length, well keep the left and right weight balance of the car body, feed fertilizer carrying air to a plurality of fertilizer delivering apparatuses as uniformly as possible and readily load a fan while feeding a fertilizer to a fertilizing site with the fertilizer carrying air in a sulky rice transplanter equipped with a fertilizer feeder part of a fertilizing apparatus for feeding the fertilizer to each of planted seedlings in a plurality of rows at the rear of a self-propelled car body. SOLUTION: The sulky rice transplanter with the fertilizing apparatus is obtained by installing a fan 61 for feeding the fertilizer carrying air to the fertilizer delivering apparatuses 40 under a driver's seat. The rotation shaft core 62c of a blower 62 of the fan 61 is directed in the transverse direction of the car body and the blower 62 is located between a pair of mutual left and right car body frames 75 made of sheet metal. An electric motor 63 of the fan 61 is passed through a through slot 75a of the one car body frame V5 made of the sheet metal.
