PURPOSE: A method for duplexing an overhead channel element by using a channel element state in a base station is provided to manage a state of an overhead by states, thereby effectively processing several abnormal cases generated in duplexing the overhead channel element. CONSTITUTION: An initial state of an overhead channel element is S_B_NOP(not operational). If a primary set becomes OP(operational) in the S_B_NOP, the initial state is transited to S_P_OP. If a secondary set becomes OP in the S_P_OP, the state is transited to S_P_OP. If the primary set becomes NOP in the S_P_OP, the state is transited to S-S-OP. If the secondary set becomes NOP, the state is transited to S_B_NOP. |
