BLOOD BAG FOR SEPARATING EUCARYOTE CELLS AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING EUCARYOTE CELLS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A blood bag for separating eucaryote cells and a method for separating eucaryote cells using the same are provided to prevent the pollution of the umbilical blood by collecting the umbilical blood and separating the eucaryote cells therefrom within a blood bag. CONSTITUTION: A blood bag for separating eucaryote cells includes the first blood bag(10) and the second blood bag(20). The first blood bag(10) includes a blood-collecting tube and the first port(13). The blood-collecting tube includes a blood-collecting lancet in order to collect the umbilical blood from the placenta or the umbilical cord. The second blood bag(20) is connected to the first blood bag(10) by means of a connection tube. The second blood bag(20) includes a discharging tube(21) in order to discharge the blood plasma, partially. The second and the third ports(22,23) are connected to the second blood bag(20) in order to collect samples and extract the eucaryote cells.
