发明名称 METHOD FOR ADHERING PRINTING PAPER OF PLYWOOD FLOOR AND METHOD FOR PAINTING THE PRINTING PAPER OF THE PLYWOOD FLOOR
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for adhering a printing paper of plywood floor and a method for painting the printing paper of the plywood floor are provided to reduce flooring material manufacturing cost and work-days and increase water resistance of flooring material by adhering the printing paper to the plywood floor instead of natural sliced veneer. CONSTITUTION: The method for adhering a printing paper of plywood floor comprises the processes of coating an adhesive in which 50 to 60 wt.% of melamine, 20 to 30 wt.% of latex, 10 to 20 wt.% of starch and 0.1 to 0.5 wt.% of hardener are blended on plywood to a thickness of 50 to 100 g/m¬2; resting the printing paper on the adhesive in such a way that two sheets of the printing paper are overlapped; and naturally cooling the pressed material at an ordinary temperature for 2 to 4 hours after pressing the adhesive coated plywood on which the printing paper is rested at a pressure of 100 to 150 kg/cm¬2 for 0.5 to 2 minutes using a hot press in which a temperature of 110 to 130 deg.C is maintained. The method for painting the printing paper of the plywood floor comprises the processes of coating a painting material in which 98 to 99 wt.% of polyester resin and 1 to 2 wt.% of hardener are blended on the printing paper adhered to the plywood; resting a polyester film on the upper part of the painting material, and pressing the polyester film using a rubber roller so that the polyester film is impregnated with resin; drying the resin impregnated polyester film by naturally hardening the resin impregnated polyester film at an ordinary temperature for 0.5 to 2 hours, and separating the polyester film from the printing paper adhered to the plywood; aging the resin at an ordinary temperature for 2 to 4 days; and performing sanding, UV top coating and surface finishing on the resulting material.
